About Fire Engines
How do I get my boyfriend to talk a little quieter?
I love my boyfriend very much, we've been together for almost three years. He is very exuberant, and sometimes when he talks (especially in social situations), the volume is too high. Like, who is sitting beside me, screaming about the rules of a card game or something thus. It is also quite sensitive, so I can not say Hey honey, you're as strong as a fire truck. How can I communicate this to him without causing offense?
He may not be sensitive if you are unaware that he is strong as a fire truck (great phrase, love it!) Because it is being insensitive to the people around. You might talk softly, but in reality, there is much more than you need to do. Something that might help: Remember that not always lasting pairs ashamed on behalf of its partners, allowing only the dignity of being ashamed of their own actions. This helps me relax a little when my boyfriend does things that I do not would.
