Invest in cotton for a better night's sleep – Ever!
Oh, I would not give for a good night sleep! I am sure that there consulting a doctor in the country who does not hear the words at least once a day. If you're like me, as I got older, often experienced some type of sleep problem – if I managed to fall to sleep then I wake up again in an hour or two. Add to that the increasingly frequent sweat – which is expected for women my age, but no less disturbing – and though I thought he had a reasonable night, still not feeling well rested when I woke up in the morning.
Over the years I tried everything – the essence of my pillow aromatherapy, meditation, milk drinks and long hot baths became a favorite mates bedtime and avoid caffeine and alcohol whenever possible. But until recently a very good night sleep eluded me.
It was only when I was talking with a friend (my favorite topic of the optimal time to go to bed and how many hours of sleep is normal) that the topic of what I wear in the bed approached. She said she would not think of using anything other than pure cotton bed and swears that his feeling soft and fresh skin to help her sleep. It is not itchy, it is never likely to clinginess horrible that you get from the man-made fibers and is less static electricity.
When I think now it is obvious that cotton is the perfect choice bedtime. Absorbs body moisture and evaporates into the surrounding air, allowing your body its natural tendency to breathe – I'm just more comfortable in cotton, I'm healthier than it has too!
