Training DVD / video of the Challenger disaster?
Can anyone help me trace a copy of a short training DVD / video in engineering ethics in the Challenger disaster. The DVD / video lasts approximately 15 minutes and addresses the human factors of the disaster. Any link that allows me to acquiring this would be greatly appreciated
